FreshMaid offers a variety of cleaning service packages listed below to meet your needs. Our clients also have the choice of All-Natural, bio-degradable, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning service products and HEPA Filtration in all of our cleaning services, which traps 99.97% of all particles including Dust, Pet Dander, Mold and Pollen

Standard Cleaning Service:
Includes cleaning, dusting, mopping and vacuuming of all, floors, rooms (does not include basement or attic), outside surfaces of all appliances and furniture as well as base boards and window sills, spot wall washing, bed and bath linens changed (if provided), outside cabinets

Deep Cleaning Service:
Includes everything in a Standard Cleaning Service plus the inside of all appliances, vents, lifting and cleaning between and underneath furniture, hand cleaning of delicate dishes, collectibles picture frames etc., inside closets, some organizing

Super Deep Cleaning Service:
Includes everything in a Standard and Deep Cleaning Service plus laundry, windows, blinds, inside cleaning and organizing of all cabinets, full organizing

Specialized Cleaning Services:
wall washing, laundry, ironing, windows, inside of appliances e.g. oven, refrigerator etc., organizing, blinds, washing curtains/drapes, closets, interior of all appliances, delicate dishes and collectibles, inside cabinets, basement cleaning, attic cleaning etc. can be included upon request if they are not a part of the package that you choose.

Special Occasions:
You may reserve the cleaning services of FreshMaid on an ongoing or temporary basis e.g. short-term stays for business professionals, filmmaking as well as for gifts, holidays and special events e.g. weddings, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Super Bowl or New Year's parties. Please contact us to arrange this service. Gift certificates are available.

Commercial Cleaning Service:
In addition to residences, FreshMaid also provides for the deep and standard cleaning service of commercial establishments as well as pre-move-in and post-move-out cleaning services of investment properties on behalf of property owners who are renting or leasing space to tenants, property management companies, realtors, property developers, business owners etc.
